Terms of Service

By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. B2B use only

The Site and its services are intended exclusively for business-to-business use by buyers, importers, procurement teams, and their advisors. Consumer use is not supported.

2. Nature of OSINT reports

Supplier profiles on the Site aggregate publicly available information ("OSINT") from sources such as US customs records, B2B marketplaces, and corporate registries. OSINT data is provided "as is" and represents a snapshot of public signals only. It is not a legal opinion, credit rating, or guarantee of supplier legitimacy.

3. On-site audit deliverables

Paid on-site audits are performed by contracted field auditors. The deliverable is a written report including GPS-tagged photographs, a workshop walkthrough, and signed findings. Audits describe observed conditions at the time of the visit and do not constitute a warranty of future supplier performance.

4. No advisory relationship

Nothing on the Site or in a report constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Buyers retain full responsibility for their commercial decisions, contractual negotiations, and payment flows.

5. Fees and refunds

On-site audit fees are quoted in USD and payable in advance. Once an auditor has been dispatched, fees are non-refundable. Unused, pre-paid audits may be rescheduled within 90 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape or re-publish Site content without written permission; (b) use reports to harass, defame, or unlawfully pressure third-party suppliers; (c) attempt to breach Site security.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllForSourcing's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Site or services is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the relevant audit or report in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages are excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hong Kong, unless waived in writing.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance.
